Katarina Mihalova
Consultant, Leader, Programme Manager.
With her extensive work experience and qualifications, she is dedicated and skilled professional with a strong focus on leadership, strategic planning, and effective management. She is a person with strong communicativeness and empathy, understands the needs of different communities. Her ability to adapt to different situations and needs, especially in the dynamic environment is the strong asset in intercultural relations.
15+ years experience in the design and implementation of partnerships and cooperation models, experience in boosting cross-sector collaboration.
15+ years experience in strategy development, preparation, implementation and management of EU cooperation programs and projects in international and regional environment in the field of competitiveness, infrastructure, green policy, culture, digitalization, regional development, agriculture, social and education policy on European level.
15+ years working with state, public, private and nonprofit sector, research institutions and international organizations
Graduated from University of Matheas Belli, Faculty of Political Sciences and International Relations in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia.

Monika Csonkova
Lecturer, Consultant (R&D), Project Manager, Regional Development Expert. Well experienced in providing strategic advice and guidance; exploring the possibilities for new project ideals and partnerships. Experience in working on various different projects in different stages of implementation, on different sides (public & private sector) – where experience and understanding of step to be done are vital.
10+ years´ experience in project management. 10+ years´ experience in an international environment. 7+ years´ experience in educational activities (workshops, trainings, lectures). Considering herself as a creative person who really enjoys work as such, with experience in managing projects and problem-solving management, enthusiastic in discovering new approaches, being ready for help. She graduated from Comenius University and earned her PhD at the same alma mater a few years later.

Miloslav Skovajsa
His engagement with applied linguistics began during high school, where he was first introduced to the morphology of German, English, Italian, and Latin. He pursued further education at Comenius University in Bratislava, culminating in a PhD (Permanent head Damage:) in Slovak-Turkish relations. Academic journey included research stints at Charles University in Prague, Czechia, Ankara Üniversitesi and Uludağ Üniversitesi in Bursa, Türkiye. Additionally, he interned at the Consulate General of the Slovak Republic in Istanbul and attended postgraduate studies at the Institute of International Relations and Legal Comparative Studies in Bratislava. His professional experience spans across London, Istanbul and Bratislava within an international corporation. Since 2014, he has been working for a private SME, focusing on translating content into a hundred languages using machine learning, artificial intelligence and human translation.
